If you wish to return an unopened product purchased through our online store, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Products must be unused and unopened
Products must be in their original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened haircare products
Used styling products
Opened personal care items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos if possible
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Custom wigs, hair systems, and personalised orders are made specifically for individual clients and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once production or customisation has begun, except in cases where an item is faulty.
We encourage clients to confirm all specifications carefully before proceeding with a custom order.
